All of our shipments are insured and are carried by a security guard on an armoured van. He or she will call you to make sure that you are present at the time of delivery.

Below are the costs and timings of shipment from payment receipt:

Shipment in Italy: 100€ 1-2 days

Shipment to EU countries: 170€ 2-3 days

Shipment to extra-EU countries: 190€ 2-5 days

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer.

Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is credited on our bank account.

Bank transfers will be visible on our account 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

All of our watches are inspected by expert watchmakers, who make sure they function properly. Together with your order you will receive Referenza Del Tempo's warranty certifying the authenticity of your watch. Furthermore we provide a one-year warranty covering any malfunction.

The deadline within which you can make a return is 14 days from the date of purchase of the watch. To make the return please write to info@thetimewatches.com or contact us at +39 3293243683. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Upon arrival, the watch will be viewed by our team of experts and will be verified to be in the condition in which it was sold. A full refund will then be made.
