Our Conditions of Sale do not affect your rights recognized by applicable mandatory provisions of law and in particular pursuant to the Legislative Decree no. 206/2006 ("Consumer Code") and the Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 ("E-commerce Code") of the Italian law.

Customs duties and further shipment costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Orders that are paid within 2 p.m. of a working day are shipped in the following 24-72 hours and delivered only on a working day (i.e. a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a public/bank holiday). Italy orders are normally delivered in 1-2 days, EU orders in 2-3 days and extra-EU orders in 2-5 days. The actual delivery date may vary depending on the location.
When a payment is made via bank transfer, approximate shipment time must be calculated starting from the day in which the payment is credited to our bank account.
In case of any delays in order processing during Christmas holidays (from 15 December to 8 January) or in August, we will let you know in plenty of time through a note visible on the home page of our website and during the checkout procedure.

Online orders must be placed following these guidelines:
When you decide to buy an item, please click on "ADD TO CART" in order to add the item to your cart. To place your order you need to click on the "BUY IT NOW" button in your cart section. When you buy an item you do not have to register on our website, indeed our system automatically identifies you as a “Guest”. You will only be asked to provide us with the necessary data to process your order and issue the purchase document. The difference between an unregistered user and a registered user is that the latter has access to his or her client area, which contains the order information, the purchase document, the list of orders etc.
It is advisable to provide registration of your personal information to access the restricted area. Registration involves entering a password protection which you are required to keep confidential, not disclosing it to third parties. . You will then be asked to enter your e-mail address. The registration address is the one to which your order confirmation and all the following documents will be sent. However, it is possible to indicate a different address for delivery when finalizing the order; in the event that the address of delivery and of the issuance of the sales document do not coincide, Blue Ribbon assures that no cost information (sales documents) will be enclosed in the shipped package. The sales document in any case, if sent by email, is always sent to the email address indicated during registration/order.
Registered users can access their accounts with their registration data.
Each order includes all of the costs that are to be charged, which are connected with products, accessories, possible shipping costs and applicable taxes. To place an order, it is necessary to accept our Conditions of Sale in full. Later on you will be asked to confirm the address of the purchase and shipment document, as well as your payment details.
Finally, having completed the collection of all the necessary information, you will be asked to verify that it is correct. Should you find any type of error, you may edit the Order and correct the errors before submission to Blue Ribbon. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the Order before submission. Payment authorisation is obtained during the phase of order registration. If your bank does not authorise the payment, we will not accept your order and the order procedure will be concluded.
Blue Ribbon will send an initial e.mail confirming receipt of the Order, containing a summary of the conditions of sale applicable to the contract, information relating to the main features of the Product as well as detailed information regarding the price, payment and withdrawal methods, shipping costs and any applicable taxes. The aforementioned email will be sent automatically to the user's registration address.
In the event that the online order cannot be accepted by Blue Ribbon for any reason (incorrectly stated price on the website, incorrectly calculated price on the online order, unavailability of the part, etc.) a Blue Ribbon representative will contact you within 7 business days of the order. Once the customer is informed, Blue Ribbon will credit any amount already charged to the Customer.
By placing an Order, the user makes an offer to purchase the Product(s) at the price indicated therein, subject to acceptance by Blue Ribbon. Prices are regularly verified; however, in the event that Blue Ribbon detects changes in prices or errors in the indication of the same, it will contact the user asking for confirmation of the intention to proceed with the purchase at the actual price. In the case of confirmation of the purchase order by the user, however, no obligations relating to the delivery of the Product will arise on the part of Blue Ribbon until the second email confirming the Order is sent. Please make such notification prior to Blue Ribbon sending you the second Order confirmation email. Blue Ribbon is unable to correct Orders after that time, but you are still guaranteed the right of withdrawal as set forth below.
The prices listed on the website of [https://thetimewatches.com/] are inclusive of VAT, if applicable. Customs duties and additional delivery charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All payments must be made at the time of ordering the Product(s), by credit card or bank transfer. Blue Ribbon only accepts payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Si Card, bank transfer. In the event that, for any reason, Blue Ribbon is unable to accept an Order, Blue Ribbon may, at its discretion, either not charge or refund within the terms of law the price already paid with respect to the Order. Blue Ribbon will not proceed with the shipment of the Product(s) until payment for the entire. Prices are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect Orders already confirmed in the manner described above. In the case of payments made by credit card, cardholders may be subject to authentication and request for authorization. If the credit card issuing institution or our service provider refuses or for any reason does not authorize or validate the payment, under such circumstances, Blue Ribbon will not be held liable for delay or non-delivery with respect to the Products ordered. Your personal information will be processed by Blue Ribbon in accordance with its privacy policy.
We do not accept payments by cheque. Couriers must not ask for any tips or extras in addition to the order total.
Blue Ribbon while attempting to comply with the terms set forth in the Delivery Terms section for delivery of the Product(s) to the address indicated, is unable to provide an exact delivery date. In the event that the delivery of the Product(s) does not take place, for any reason including the unavailability, even temporary, of the Product(s), within 30 days from the submission of the Order by the user, or other date otherwise agreed with the same, the user may withdraw from the Order and Blue Ribbon will refund the price and any other sums already paid by the user. In the event that the courier is not found at the place of delivery indicated in the order, the user reserves the right to try again to redeliver the order on the next day at no charge. In the event of non-delivery due to the Customer not being present, it will return the order to its logistics. You are also informed that in the case of delivery in apartment buildings, the concierge is considered for all purposes as the person delegated for delivery.
The first section of article no. 63 of the Italian Consumer Code, as modified by the Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 of the Italian law states that, “In the contracts that charge the seller with the obligation to ship the goods, the risk of loss or damage due to a cause not attributable to the seller is transferred to the consumer only when he or she, or a third designated party other than the courier, comes into possession of the goods”. The consumer becomes responsible for the goods only when they are delivered. The sole case in which this rule does not apply is when the courier has been chosen by the consumer and not recommended by the seller. In this case, the shift in responsibility already happens when the seller delivers the good to the courier. As a consequence, if the good is damaged or lost during the transport, the loss will be entirely sustained by the consumer, who, of course, will have the right to complain to the shipper/courier.

Pursuant to Article 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the event that any defects in the Products become apparent in the 2 (two) years following their delivery, you will be required to report such defects to Blue Ribbon at the e-mail address: info@thetimewatches.com or by calling our phone number: +39 3293243683 within 2 (two) months from the discovery of the faults. If you find out that a product was either damaged before delivery or faulty (not because of your use of the product), you will have the possibility of issuing an alternative request of return (a) product repair; (b) product return and request of refund, provided that the product has not been worn or used and damaged. II. These Terms of Sale do not exclude Blue Ribbon's liability to you for: death or personal injury; willful misconduct; any circumstances under which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit our liability to you under applicable law.
Subject to the application of paragraph (ii) above, Blue Ribbon shall be solely liable for losses that are a result of Blue Ribbon's breaches of these Terms of Sale. Such liability shall be limited exclusively to the purchase price of the Product purchased and to compensation for foreseeable damages. Damages shall be deemed foreseeable if the parties could have foreseen them at the time Blue Ribbon accepted your Order.
Subject to the application of paragraph (iii) above, Blue Ribbon shall not be liable for indirect damages that are an indirect consequence of the principal damage or loss and that are not foreseeable by the parties, including,without limitation: loss of profits or revenue; loss of business opportunity; loss of profit or contracts; or loss of savings; provided that the foregoing shall not preclude the right to institute actions for loss or damage suffered under applicable mandatory provisions of law and paragraph (iii) or any other action for direct damages not excluded by any of the foregoing categories of damages set forth in this paragraph (iv).
Without prejudice to the application of paragraph (iii) above, Blue Ribbon shall not be liable for failure to, or delay in, the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Sale arising from causes beyond its control including, but not limited to: natural disasters, measures of authority, war, fire, flood, explosion or insurrection, disruption of computer or telecommunications services, failure of third parties (including failures to provide data) and strikes.
In any case the provisions of these Conditions of Sale do not entail any limitation to the rights granted by the Italian law.
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing even in part for your entrepreneurial, professional, commercial or artisan activity) you have the right, in addition to your other rights recognized under the law and these Terms of Sale, to withdraw from the contract concluded with Blue Ribbon for the purchase of Products under these Terms of Sale, in accordance with the provisions of art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (except for customized Products or other Products for which non-returnability is expressly specified) and be refunded by Blue Ribbon of any sums already paid.
If you intend to withdraw, you must notify Blue Ribbon in writing at the e-mail address: info@thetimewatches.com or to call us to: +39 3293243683 within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date . You should confirm your willingness to withdraw through a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
If you choose to withdraw you must return the Products at your own care and expense and at your own cost and risk, unless Blue Ribbon decides to give away the shipping costs, but in any event you remain responsible for delivering the product to the carrier until the return is picked up by Blue Ribbon personnel. We encourage you in that case to ensure that the Products are properly insured during the return. You will need to ensure that you take reasonable measures for the safekeeping of the Products. Details on the exercise of the right of withdrawal are provided with the note accompanying the Product.
Items have to be in perfect conditions, with untouched labels, as per the photographic record and the details provided at the moment of purchase.
The return of an online purchase only gives right to the refund of the sum paid depending on the payment method that was used. Our salespeople will check the content of the order and the product you are willing to return. They will send it back to our office for necessary technical inspection. They will also report on the reasons the buyer cited for returning the product (return because of product faults or because he or she did not like it).
For payments made by stored-value cards, refunds will be made by crediting the card on which the charge was originally made with the payment.
All refunds will be issued as promptly as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days:
from the email from Blue Ribbon confirming the cancellation of your Order (in the event that the Goods have not been delivered to the address provided within 30 days following the Order);
from Blue Ribbon's receipt of the returned Products and verification of conformity and refund of the Price
For payments made by bank transfer, refunds will be made by crediting the bank account on which the charge was originally made with the payment. Before that, we will ask you to provide us with your IBAN code and all the necessary details to make the bank transfer.
The method of return will be communicated at the time of the return request by the personnel in charge of processing the case. The return request will be taken care of within 5 working days after receipt of the goods at the address indicated.
Jewelry and watches are covered by a Warranty valid for TWO YEARS from the date of shipment of the product for manufacturing defects. The Warranty consists of the purchase document of the product itself. All products for sale on Blue Ribbon are accompanied by a warranty certificate attesting to the authenticity of the product purchased, with all key features.
Conditions of Validity of the Warranty:
a) The warranty ceases to be valid in case of wrong usage or alterations to the object;
b) The warranty of purchased goods lasts two years and is valid both in Italy and abroad;
c) Any repairs under warranty are free of charge, provided that the damage is accidental;
d) Repairs under warranty may take from 60 to 70 working days. Anyway, timings vary from case to case.
Experts commissioned by Blue Ribbon reserve the right to analyze the item in order to be able to check whether the product has factory defects or has been accidentally damaged (analysis time can take up to 30 days)
The following are strictly excluded from the warranty: batteries, glass, cosmetic damage, discoloration of plating (especially due to the use of perfumes or detergents) as consequences of wear and aging of watches. Warranty work must be carried out by Blue Ribbon. Any technical tampering practiced outside of Blue Ribbon will result in termination of the Warranty.
The same applies to battery replacement work, against which Blue Ribbon will issue customers with certifications of the water resistance test carried out for these types of watches. Finally, damage or breakage caused by accidental shocks are excluded from the Warranty, in the presence of which the Warranty will have no effect.
Warranty repair will be free of charge once Blue Ribbon finds that the product defect is due to accidental causes.
Some products may look slightly bigger or smaller than their actual size because of display faults or photographic techniques. Other products may be shown bigger than their actual size in order to zoom in on their details or they may be shown smaller than their actual size in order to show the whole product.

All communication between you and Blue Ribbon will be in the Italian language.
The formation, existence, interpretation, execution, validity and all aspects concerning our Conditions of Sale are regulated by the Italian law.
Any controversies with consumers, either caused by or related to our Conditions of Sale or Website Use, will fall into the competence of the judge of the residence or domicile location of the consumer, if situated in Italy. Otherwise, including the case in which the user is not a consumer according to the applicable provisions of the Italian law, the competence for the judgment of any controversies will be passed on exclusively to the Court of Lucca.
If a clause of our Conditions of Sale is considered invalid or ineffective, it will be disregarded. The rest of our Conditions of Sale will be considered valid and effective.
The delay or failure of Blue Ribbon to exercise any power, right, or remedy under these Terms of Sale shall not constitute a waiver of the same, nor shall the single or partial exercise of any such power, right, or remedy prevent the future or different exercise thereof.
